Job Description

Formal Education & Certification Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
  • Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
  • Working Experience of 1 – 7 years in Learning and development in UK Geography

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
  •  Excellent process knowledge of Employee life cycle, L&D, C&B & PMS within organizations.
  •  Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect
  •  Ability to understand :- the client administrative environment, the various Systems being used to process a participant issue, Workflow Management
  •  Basic understanding of MIS 
  • Core Role Responsibilities
  • Entering data in the HRIS related modules
  • Identify training needs, keep track, and share the analysis with the business.
