We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner.

The L&D Partner collaborates with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design, deliver, and evaluate learning interventions that drive business performance. This role ensures alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals while enabling continuous skill development across technical and behavioral domains.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions
  • Design and implement learning programs (technical, functional, and leadership)
  • Handle end-to-end training lifecycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation
  • Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and learning journeys
  • Supervise learning efficiency using data, feedback, and business impact metrics
  • Collaborate with internal trainers, SMEs, and external vendors.

Technical Skills

  • Learning analytics & reporting (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
  • LXP platforms (Wingspan)
  • Instructional design fundamentals
  • Adult Learning Principles
  • Basic understanding of digital learning tools & AI-enabled learning trends

Non-Technical Skills

  • Stakeholder management & business partnering
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Problem-solving and consulting attitude
  • Project management and execution rigor
  • Adaptability and continuous learning orientation

Experience Requirement

  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end training programs
  • Exposure to both technical and behavioral learning initiatives preferred

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, or equivalent degree
  • Certifications in Instructional Design / Coaching / Learning Technologies (preferred)
