Purpose of the role
The Learning Business Partner (LBP) - GIC is a strategic learning leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling leadership and core capability development across the Global India Center (GIC). This role partners closely with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and global learning teams to ensure learning strategies are business-led, future-focused, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
The role is function-agnostic, with a strong emphasis on leadership & professional development, core enterprise capabilities, and growth-enabling skills, ensuring the GIC is equipped to scale sustainably and deliver increasing enterprise value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to assess performance needs, capability gaps, and future skill requirements across the GIC.
Translate business strategy, talent priorities, and market insights into a clear, business-led learning agenda.
Anticipate future leadership and capability needs to support GIC growth, transformation, and enterprise integration.
