Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented L&D Manager to drive the organization's learning and capability-building initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying development needs, designing impactful learning interventions, and executing training programs that enhance employee performance and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of training programs, including onboarding, behavioral, functional, and leadership development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training vendors for program delivery.
- Develop training calendars, learning content, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
- Track learning metrics and prepare reports to measure program impact and ROI.
- Drive employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives and development opportunities.
- Support succession planning and talent development programs across the organization.
- Ensure effective utilization and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), where applicable.
- Stay updated with emerging learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the employee learning experience
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant specialization is preferred.
- 5–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
