About the Role:
The
L&D Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring learning programs across Simeio. This position requires handson experience in L&D operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and an indepth understanding of modern learning strategies, tools, and methodologies. The individual will work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, external training partners, and employees to ensure a seamless learning experience.
What You'll Do:
Learning Program Management
- Coordinate endtoend execution of learning programs (technical, functional & behavioural)
- Partner with business units to understand training needs and develop annual training calendars
- Organize virtual and inperson training sessions, workshops, certification programs, and onboarding trainings
L&D Strategy & Planning
- Support in designing L&D frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Assist in competency mapping, skills gap analysis, and capabilitybuilding initiatives
- Recommend learning pathways based on role, department, and skill development requirements
- Maintain a repository of elearning content, training documentation, and learning materials
- Track learning progress and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings
- Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and learning analytics for leadership reviews
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Implement posttraining feedback
- Identify improvement areas based on learner feedback, business impact, and performance data
- Support the development of new learning formatsmicrolearning, blended learning, digital modules, and experiential learning
Employee Development & Engagement
- Coordinate leadership development, early talent programs, and skillbased academies
- Promote a learning culture through communication campaigns, newsletters, and learning events (Lunch & Learn, workshops, Knowledge Sharing Sessions)
- Assist HR in employee development conversations and IDP (Individual Development Plan) tracking
What you bring:
- 35 years of handson experience in Learning & Development
- Strong understanding of L&D strategies, talent development frameworks, and adult learning principles
- Excellent coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts is an added advantage

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail, strong followthrough, and ownership mindset
