Description:
The Learning and Development - General Learning Generalist will be responsible for providing
Behavioral & Leadership training related to the Learning Multiverse and other L&D initiatives to both operation and support staff employees (up to Middle Management level) and supporting administrative training tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for the different
programs, support the planning, promotion and logistics of courses that will be provided internally according to the department's guidelines, provide training to the support staff and Operation, support the L&D Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal and/or external training programs, as well as the administrative tasks of reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external. The L&D facilitator will also be responsible to provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if needed.
Tie-up/liaison with external training providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.
