The Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Analyst to support the delivery and execution of virtual learning and development programs. This role is responsible for coordinating training activities, assisting with virtual course delivery, and managing the processing of training credits. The ideal candidate will have approximately two years of experience in training coordination, virtual learning delivery, and training credit administration.

How You Will Contribute

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics for virtual learning and development programs to ensure seamless execution
  • Schedule and configure virtual training sessions on approved platforms, perform pre-training technical checks and coordinate with facilitators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials, ensuring all content is accurate, accessible, and available in advance of sessions
  • Conduct compliance and quality checks on training materials to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Send training invitations, calendar holds, reminders, and follow-up communications to participants and facilitators
  • Provide live support during virtual sessions, including managing panelists/speakers, launch polls, manage participant engagement, and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, participant enrollment, attendance tracking, and completion records
  • Process and track training credits, ensure accurate documentation and reporting aligned to NASBA standards and issue CPE certificates, record virtual training sessions when required, and manage the posting and organization of recordings and related materials within the LMS or other designated platforms
  • Manage post-event activities, including development of course evaluations in coordination with the Portfolio team, send evaluations, gathering feedback, and post recordings to SharePoint
  • Assist in managing the project plan to support the execution and delivery of training programs to A&M learners

Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience and knowledge of administration of Learning Management Systems. Experience with Docebo a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to adapt to new software programs
  • Project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of NASBA standards
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other data management tools
  • Demonstrated proficiency in virtual collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft Teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience in a Global Capability Center or shared services environment
  • Knowledge of compliance and CPE learning processes in a professional services firm is an advantage
