Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content & Training Lead to drive end-to-end learning content development, LMS management, and training analytics for Popeyes India. This role will focus on building scalable, high-impact learning experiences aligned with brand, operational, and compliance standards.
Contract Details- Duration: 9 Months (Contractual Role)
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development
- Design learning journeys (onboarding, cross-training, leadership, compliance)
- Develop SCORM-based e-learning modules, SOPs, job aids, and interactive content
- Create engaging audio-visual learning using tools like Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia
- Ensure content standardization, version control, and brand alignment
LMS & Assessments
- Manage LMS workflows, vendor coordination, and digital learning rollouts
- Build assessment frameworks, question banks, and certification pathways
- Track training KPIs (completion, proficiency, audit scores)
Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and MIS reports for training effectiveness
- Deliver insights on capability, readiness, and ROI
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and audit standards
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records
