Job Description

Requirements:

  • Business Masters degree
  • 8 Years minimum experience in global scale program management (managed as projects) for large quantity of candidates
  • 2 Years minimum experience in strategy definition and roadmap creation and/or deployment
  • Strong experience in highly experienced candidate management
  • Previous experience in global company certification/training deployment program with external provider
  • Proven communication with international programs in a large corporate international company
  • Strong experience in cross-cultural team/people management
  • Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
  • Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
  • Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally or externally
  • Advanced powerpoint or other presentation skills for all levels of the organization
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Critical Thinking / Problem solving
  • Conflict resolution
  • Business Acumen
  • Teamwork / collaboration
  • Technical competences regarding digital learning and communication tools and Alstom university toolbox is a big asset: MS Sharepoint, Klaxoon, Bealink, Easymovie for video creations etc, Komodal-Metaverse.
