8 Years minimum experience in global scale program management (managed as projects) for large quantity of candidates
2 Years minimum experience in strategy definition and roadmap creation and/or deployment
Strong experience in highly experienced candidate management
Previous experience in global company certification/training deployment program with external provider
Proven communication with international programs in a large corporate international company
Strong experience in cross-cultural team/people management
Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally or externally
Advanced powerpoint or other presentation skills for all levels of the organization
