Role Overview: Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist

Hiring for a client location based in Mumbai.

As a Learning and OE Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and managing leadership development journeys for senior leaders within a large, diversified organization. This role goes beyond program coordination and requires strong capability in learning design, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end program ownership.

You will work closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and facilitators to drive impactful, scalable learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1) Leadership Development & Learning

·      Support the design and execution of leadership development journeys for senior leaders, including multi-touch interventions

·      Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured development initiatives

·      Manage end-to-end programs from need identification and design to execution and impact measurement

·      Create engaging learning experiences and content, including assessment frameworks to drive and evaluate capability development

·      Measure program effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement

2) Organizational Effectiveness (OE)

·      Drive initiatives related to employee engagement and leadership capability building

·      Analyze engagement and feedback data to derive insights and recommend actions

·      Collaborate cross-functionally to align L&D with broader OE priorities

3) Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

·      Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to align learning with business needs

·      Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery

·      Build strong relationships and act as a trusted L&D advisor

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
  • Demonstrated experience in working on leadership development / capability-building initiatives (preferred)
  • Strong program management skills, with experience handling initiatives end-to-end (not just coordination)
  • Ability to engage and work with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in designing IDPs and assessments and program effectiveness measurement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse and global audiences
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to data-driven decision making (good to have)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; relevant L&D/HR certifications are a plus

Important Note

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in learning design, leadership development, and program ownership.

Profiles focused primarily on HR operations, administrative coordination, or training logistics execution may not be suitable for this role.
