Role Summary
We are seeking an L&D Manager to design, implement, and drive learning strategies that enhance employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute learning & development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps for employees and leaders.
- Partner with business leaders to support talent management and succession planning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 58 years of L&D experience with exposure to leadership development.
- Strong knowledge of learning frameworks, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
