Learning & Development - Specialist

What is this role

The Learning and Development - General Learning Specialist will be responsible for providing Behavioural & Leadership training related to the Learning Telus Digital Learning Multiverse and other L&D initiatives to both operation and support staff employees (up to Middle Management level) and supporting administrative training tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for the different TELUS Digital India programs, support the planning, promotion and logistics of courses that will be provided internally according to the department's guidelines, provide training to the support staff and Operation, support the L&D Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal and/or external training programs, as well as the administrative tasks of reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external. The L&D facilitator will also be responsible to provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if needed.

Tie-up/liaison with external training providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.

Knowledge:

  • English - B2 or above - Required:
  • Oral and written comprehension.
  • Appropriate use of language.
  • GSuite /MS Office - Advanced
  • Training material development - Desirable

Studies & Experience:

  • Mandatory:
  • Minimum of 5-6 years overall work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a L&D Training Facilitator
  • Open to working from office during evening shifts
  • Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level)
  • Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification
  • Data management skills
  • Open to travel between Gurugram and Noida location
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Desirable
  • Graduated in the careers of: any discipline
  • Training experience with international BPOs
  • Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/ Service Delivery
  • Experience delivering Leadership Training
  • Experience in using content development tools like Captivate, Camtasia etc.
