The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact L&D professional who can act as a Learning Advisor to the business, diagnose capability gaps, and design learning solutions that enable teams and leaders to perform at their best.
This role will help shape a modern learning ecosystem that blends digital learning, experiential programs, social learning, and curated knowledge to build future-ready skills across the organization.
What You Will Drive
Business Impact
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning strategies that drive performance.
Capability Building
- Design role-based learning journeys and competency frameworks aligned with business priorities.
Learning Innovation
- Build engaging learning experiences through digital platforms, self-paced learning, hackathons, social learning, and curated resources.
Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-impact learning initiatives, including enterprise-wide talent development programs.
Data & Insights
- Use learning analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve capability outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Manage L&D budgets, vendor partnerships, governance, and audit compliance while ensuring process efficiency.

Experience
- Master's degree in HR / Learning & Organizational Development or related field
- 810 years of HR experience, including 56 years in Learning & Development
- Experience managing large-scale learning and capability initiatives
