About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead the design, execution, and governance of learning initiatives across the organization. This role will have a strong focus on B2B sales capability building and Induction program, soft skills enhancement, and leadership development. The individual will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales leadership and business heads, ensuring that learning solutions that drive measurable performance improvements, and build a culture of continuous development.
