Role Overview
The Learning Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning strategies that align with organizational goals. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and operational execution to foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Solutions Development
- Collaborate with assigned business units to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions aligned with strategic goals and Turbo ambitions
- Develop and facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning content using instructional design principles.
- Own end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, including logistics, communications, and post-program follow-ups.
- Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage analytics to assess learning impact and provide actionable insights.
- Share regular reports on trends, completion rates, and feedback with stakeholders
3. Functional Learning Journeys
- Co-create learning journeys with reputed institutes, integrating industry practices and organisational context.
- Oversee curriculum development, delivery methods, and impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field.
- 5-12+ years of experience in L&D. Experience in OD will be a plus.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms like SuccessFactors.
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and eLearning development skills (use of Articulate 360 or equivalent software, conversant with using and deploying learning through LMS.
