Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Greater Noida
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end leadership development programs across levels, including flagship initiatives (FTM, leadership assimilation, customized BU programs)
- Partner with BU Heads, Delivery Leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify leadership gaps and co‑create relevant learning solutions
- Curate high‑impact leadership content and learning journeys using blended formats (LMS, virtual, experiential, coaching)
- Drive program governance and execution across geographies, including vendor and faculty management
- Define, track, and report learning impact and effectiveness metrics
- Continuously enhance programs through feedback, innovation, and evolving business needs.
Education
- MBA / Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline
- 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with significant exposure to leadership development programs
- Experience working in IT / Technology / Global organizations preferred
- Certification in leadership facilitation, coaching, or psychometric tools is an added advantage
