Position Overview 

We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead organizational learning, employee capability building, and development initiatives across the company. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable learning strategies that enhance employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term organizational growth. 

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in training and development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and performance improvement within fast-paced environments. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to partner closely with teams to drive employee growth, build internal talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. 

The role will be based out of our Bangalore office and will work during evening shift hours (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST) in alignment with our New York headquarters. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth. 
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through performance reviews, stakeholder discussions, employee feedback, and skill gap assessments. 
  • Develop and execute onboarding, leadership development, behavioral, soft skills, and functional training programs. 
  • Build employee development frameworks, learning roadmaps, competency models, and career progression initiatives. 
  • Create and manage annual training calendars, learning schedules, and development plans. 
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions for employees across departments. 
  • Partner with department heads and leadership teams to improve employee capability, engagement, productivity, and retention. 
  • Develop SOPs, training manuals, presentations, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources. 
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and employee development data. 
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and support managers in coaching and employee development. 
  • Research and implement modern learning methodologies, digital learning tools, and L&D best practices. 
  • Coordinate external trainers, certification programs, and vendor partnerships when required. 
  • Support succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and organizational capability-building initiatives. 
  • Maintain training records, reports, dashboards, and development metrics for management review. 
  • Foster a continuous learning culture across the organization. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field. 
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, Training, or related functions. 
  • Experience working in startups, SMEs, or fast-growing organizations preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and employee development practices.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development, behavioral, and professional skills training programs. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to create engaging learning content, SOPs, presentations, and training materials. 
  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital learning solutions is an added advantage.  
  • Strong problem-solving ability with high ownership and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 
  • Certification in L&D, Training, Instructional Design, or HR is an added advantage. 

Compensation: 

  • Salary commensurate with experience 
  • Cab services provided for Female employees and transport reimbursements for Male employees 
  • Year-end Bonus 

  • Location: 

    Arekere, Bannerugatta Road, Bengaluru 

    Work Schedule: 

    • 4:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST 
    • 5 Days Work from Office (Saturday & Sunday Off)
