Learning and Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre in Pune, India. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, implementing learning management systems, and driving leadership development initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, ensuring compliance with company standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management practices
• Proficiency in designing and delivering instructional programs to meet organizational needs
• Experience in Training and Leadership Development to foster skills growth and leadership potential
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry mandate

Criteria

• Miminum 7 Years into Hospitality or 3 Plus years in L&D with Hotels
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Hotel Experience is mandate
