About the Role:
Junior Trainer – Soft Skills and Process SME will support the Learning &Organizational Development (L& OD) team by delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and other essential interpersonal skills.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about facilitation, coaching, and helping employees grow in their personal and professional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills (e.g., campus to Corp., Communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, adaptability etc.).
- Assist Senior Trainers/Leads in preparing training materials, role-play exercises, and case studies.
- Facilitate small group discussions, workshops, and practice drills to reinforce learning.
- Provide feedback and coaching to participants during sessions.
- Gather participant feedback and contribute to evaluation reports for continuous improvement.
- As an SME learn the Process, listen to recorded calls, check Health Coach's Patient
- Management records- evaluate, provide feedback, conduct refresher trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching (internships or project work acceptable).
- Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal-with a neutral accent
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse groups and create a positive learning environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive training methods.
- Basic knowledge of digital learning tools (LMS, virtual platforms like MS Teams/Zoom).
