Role Overview:

Own the global L&D charter for the company. Strengthen leadership capability,

drive performance excellence, and solve people issues with speed and clarity. Strengthen

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product/Engineering leaders on org design, talent gaps, and people priorities.
• Lead L&D programs: leadership development, manager capability, onboarding, and tech skill development.
• Drive performance cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Use data to diagnose risks and deliver targeted interventions.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to partner with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree; engineering/technical background preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capability.
