Role Overview

The Learner Success Associate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of training programs and driving learner engagement. Acting as a liaison between clients, trainers, and learners, the associate will be responsible for coordination, data management, and feedback analysis to continuously improve the learning experience and training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, trainers, and learners for assigned training programs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and on-site/virtual session management.
  • Accompany trainers to client locations when required to support program delivery.
  • Collect, consolidate, and evaluate learner and client feedback to assess training effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses to measure and present training performance.
  • Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to recommend actionable improvements based on insights.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related fields.
  • 02 years of professional experience; fresh graduates with strong aptitude will be considered.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to dashboard/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel based on training and client requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a client-facing role with professionalism.
