Job Description

Lead and implement lean strategies to improve operational efficiency in engineering and manufacturing processes.
Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles for team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to lean initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Facilitate kaizen events and other lean-related workshops.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lean Leader should have:

A degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in applying lean methodologies within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process mapping, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive team engagement.
