Position: Lean Consultant
Department: Operations / Continuous Improvement
Location: Ludhiana(Punjab), Muzzaffarnagar(U.P.)
Role Overview
The Lean Consultant is responsible for implementing Lean principles to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure continuous improvement across processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, VSM, and Standard Work
Reduce waste, downtime, and operational inefficiencies
Train and guide employees on Lean methodologies
Monitor KPIs and track improvement progress
Support implementation of continuous improvement projects
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
Ensure sustainability of Lean practices across departments
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Operations / related field
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Experience In Manufacturing Industry Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and training abilities
