Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Leadgen Executive to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru office. The role involves identifying potential leads, researching prospects, and generating interest in NoBrokerHood's services. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a database of qualified leads, conducting cold calls and emails, and engaging with potential clients to explain our offerings. The role also includes regularly collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation research, database management, and identifying prospective clients
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
  • Should have 1 year of Experience in Sales
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis for lead management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets effectively
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals
