Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver new and first-time manager leadership programs (online/classroom)
- Conduct capsule leadership programs for experienced leaders
- Design and develop email nuggets and self-learning content
- Create customized training content based on business needs
- Perform training need identification via online forms and group discussions
- Ensure training program effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience overall; 2–3 years in leadership development training
- Strong background in designing and delivering leadership/capability programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic and proactive approach
- Self-starter with strong communication and adaptability
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exposure to psychometric assessments is a plus
