Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new and first-time manager leadership programs (online/classroom)
  • Conduct capsule leadership programs for experienced leaders
  • Design and develop email nuggets and self-learning content
  • Create customized training content based on business needs
  • Perform training need identification via online forms and group discussions
  • Ensure training program effectiveness through evaluations and feedback

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience overall; 2–3 years in leadership development training
  • Strong background in designing and delivering leadership/capability programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic and proactive approach
  • Self-starter with strong communication and adaptability
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments is a plus
