Leadership Role - Occupational Health and Safety for India Plants & Offices

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute occupational health and safety strategies and programs for India plants and offices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage health and safety teams across locations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance, incidents, and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate health and safety into business operations.
- Develop and execute health and safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure effective crisis management and response for health and safety incidents.
- Identify and implement opportunities for health and safety improvements and innovations.
- Stay updated on emerging health and safety best practices and regulatory changes.
Education Qualification: Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Required Experience: 15 - 20 Years, Working exposure to DuPont Safety Management systems will be considered an added advantage.
