Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Talent Acquisition professional who brings early experience in recruitment along with a strong ownership mindset and leadership potential. This role goes beyond execution — it focuses on driving hiring outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across multiple roles and business units
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights, and drive efficient hiring decisions
• Strategic Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social platforms, referrals, networking) to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Consultative Approach: Act as a talent advisor to business teams, guiding them on hiring strategies, market trends, and candidate positioning
• Data & Reporting: Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
• Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening the company's brand through candidate interactions and market presence
• Process Excellence: Identify gaps in hiring processes and drive improvements for speed, quality, and efficiency
Key Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in a fast paced environment)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring channels
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment
• High learning agility and aspiration to grow into a leadership role
