Job Description

Qualification - CA

Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall performance of the AP process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management.
  • Monitor team performance and report SLAs and KPIs in the area of operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and/or re-engineering projects to assure progressive service levels and lower costs.
  • Actively engage with AP team leads & key managers to ensure customer satisfaction & address their pain points
  • Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business verticals.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with vertical CFOs and key Managers.
  • Manage escalated issues and provide final approval within team
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all items processed in the system
  • Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues
  • Carry out periodical performance reviews of team members and address non performance issues
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with latest developments

Experience :

  • Experience in setting up AP shared service Centre & process transition
  • Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of taxation processes
  • Experience in Shared Services/ BPO would be an added advantage

Knowledge of manufacturing industries (steel, cement, energy and ports)
