This Position reports to:

Cluster Lead - AMEA


Your roles and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the corporate leadership learning programs virtually and in person for assigned geography. Each day, you will support the employees participating in the Leadership Learning (LL) ecosystem to optimize their learning experience. You will also display your expertise by implementing the Leadership Learning ecosystem strategy within a specific country (or cluster of countries).

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be accountable for:

  • Accelerating and embedding learning within a specific cohort of employees participating in leadership learning programs.
  • Optimizing learner experience in cohorts through participant exchange, e.g., action learning, coaching, and application to achieve the learning objectives.
  • Improving delivery to reflect local languages, cultures, and norms.
  • Preparing for program moderation and facilitation as defined by the program guide/agenda.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR (minimum 2 years) from reputed college / institutions.
  • 10+ years in Learning & Development & facilitating learning programs for senior stakeholders across similar organizations or organizations of similar scale.
  • Excellent English communication, adaptive learner with growth mindset, result oriented.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to drive impactful L&D initiatives.
