About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Content & Thought Leadership Manager to lead global marketing initiatives across content, communications, and brand strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced B2B/SaaS environments and has a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute global content and thought leadership strategy across digital channels
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and engagement
  • Build and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling across markets
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, POVs, and executive narratives
  • Partner with leadership teams to craft executive communication and industry positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Drive SEO, digital content, and inbound marketing efforts to improve visibility and performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, engagement, and pipeline impact
  • Work across global regions including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, thought leadership, or brand communications
  • Strong background in B2B, SaaS, or tech startups
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline impact, demand generation, and engagement growth
  • Experience managing end-to-end global content and thought leadership strategies
  • Expertise in SEO, content strategy, and integrated campaign execution
  • Strong experience in brand storytelling, executive narratives, and GTM strategy
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in fast-growing startups or media-tech companies
  • Exposure to multi-region campaigns (APAC, EMEA, US)
  • Experience working closely with CXOs on brand narrative and positioning
