Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Sales and Leadership hiring and exposure to senior sales and business development roles. This role involves Global(EU &UK) /US hiring and requires hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive cold calling to identify and engage high-quality talent. The position is remote and aligned to US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Leadership roles across EU,UK & US markets
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and market research
- Execute advanced Boolean search strategies for niche and leadership profiles
- Conduct proactive cold calling to engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines
- Screen candidates for leadership capability, domain expertise, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain consistent candidate communication
- Drive offer discussions and ensure timely closures
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data using ATS
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Leadership hiring
- Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent command of Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and passive candidate engagement
- Experience supporting Global(EU & UK) / US hiring
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work night shift aligned to US time zones

Education
