We are seeking a Lead XR Systems Technology Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our innovative team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing XR systems architecture, driving technological advancements, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge XR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of XR systems architecture for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
  • Evaluate and integrate new XR technologies and tools into existing systems.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of XR solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and developers.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Present architectural designs and system functionalities to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in XR (AR/VR/MR) technologies and solutions architecture.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of 3D graphics programming and game development frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of XR hardware and software integration, including headsets and sensors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
