Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic hiring specialist with proven success in frontline hiring and mass recruitment. Ensures timely fulfilment of manpower needs while continuously strengthening the talent pool for future growth. Recognized for strong stakeholder and vendor management, databacked decisionmaking, and the ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving endtoend recruitment for frontline and operational roles
- Drive the WPD Team of recruiters to maintain the defined productivity norms for each recruiter in the region.
- Team Governance for process adherence
- Partner with the business team in supporting business growth
- Focus on annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting, & monthly planning in the region assigned
- Drive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the region
- Identify, recommend & establish tie-ups with Institutions & agencies
- Analyse recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actions
- Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time, maintaining the optimum cost of hiring
- Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum
- Maintain records of source mix & present the dashboard
- Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
- Be proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirements
- Coordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicants
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels
- Promote Employee Referral Scheme in the sites to create a pool of resources
Key Requirements
- Strong 10 -15 years of experience in bluecollar or mass hiring environment
- Ability to manage highvolume recruitment across multiple locations at different client sites.
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Strong networking ability with local communities, institutes, and agencies
- Datadriven approach with proficiency in MIS, dashboard
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
- Ability to follow directions and work with little or no supervision
- Strong negotiation skills
