Lead Web Developer (Sitecore)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Sitecore solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, maintaining coding standards and best practices.
• Oversee multiple agile teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality Sitecore projects.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features, capabilities, and trends to inform architectural decisions.
• Facilitate seamless integration of Sitecore with various platforms and third-party services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and performance benchmarks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams for solution designs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content creators, and QA engineers to ensure a smooth development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development, with a strong understanding of Sitecore XP, SXA, and JSS.
• Experience with next-gen Sitecore Composable platforms such as Sitecore Personalize and CDP.
• Proficiency in . NET framework, C#, MVC architecture, and web development technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
