Lead UX Developer

We are looking for a seasonedUX Lead / UX Design Leadto define and drive the user experience vision for cutting-edge digital products. The ideal candidate combines Human-Centered Design thinking, strong product intuition, and exceptional design leadership to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX and Product Design vision, strategy, and execution.
• Manage design sprints, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Conduct discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Mentor designers and maintain high design standards, consistency, and accessibility.
• Build and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Translate business goals and user insights into innovative, user-centered solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 510 years in UX/UI/Product Design with proven leadership experience.
• Expertise in UX principles, product thinking, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
• Strong proficiency inFigma, Adobe tools, and front-end collaboration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Deep understanding of user research, design strategy, and end-to-end product design processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX case studies.
• Prior work designing scalable enterprise-grade products.
