LEAD UX DESIGNER - SENIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

A seasoned UX professional who excels at strategic design facilitation, user research, and stakeholder engagement.

This role demands a strong ability to run design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive user-centered innovation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather insights and ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
Research: Perform qualitative/quantitative studies and usability testing summarize actionable insights.
Ability to create User Journey Mapping, personas, and scenarios
Promote UX best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications:
Degree in UX or Product Design or related field.

8+ years in UX design and 2+ years in facilitation/leadership.

Strong communication, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset.
