Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead UX Designer with deep experience in designing
AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences that leverage advanced AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy, research, and design for AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple and effective user experiences.
- Conduct user research, personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Define and maintain design systems, interaction patterns, and UX guidelines for AI features.
- Ensure AI outputs (predictions, models, assistants, automation tools) are interpretable, ethical, and user-friendly.
- Optimize UX for AI workflows such as recommendations, conversational UI, dashboards, and automated insights.
- Stay updated on UX trends in AI, LLMs, and human-AI interaction patterns.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure high-quality design delivery across the team.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or data-heavy products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and AI-related work.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of human-AI interaction principles, explainable AI, and conversational UX patterns.
- Experience with dashboards, predictive analytics, ML-powered tools, or LLM-based applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data or AI logic into intuitive user workflows.
Good to Have
- Experience with voice interfaces, chatbots, or AI copilots.
- Knowledge of service design or design thinking methodologies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment.
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles.
