Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience who can turn complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Translate business and product requirements into effective design solutions
• Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure consistency in design across platforms and devices
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills (Exp Required 5+ years):

• Proven experience in team management
• Exposure to working across multiple design functions (UX, UI, marketing creatives, etc.)
• Strong understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels
• Experience working in a B2C environment (preferably fintech/insurance)
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, AI, and Adobe Suite
• Experience with data-driven design
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
