We are seeking a Lead US IT Sales Recruitment professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities of this role include leading and executing IT sales recruitment efforts, sourcing and engaging top talent for IT sales roles, managing relationships with account stakeholders, and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure optimal delivery. The candidate will also spearhead lead generation initiatives to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Expertise in IT Sales and knowledge of Information Technology industries and trends
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates
• Proficient in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven experience in US staffing or IT sales recruitment is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet objectives efficiently
