Lead US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter with 710 years of experience to join our growing Hyderabad team. This is a lead role that combines hands-on delivery ownership with mentorship responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

710 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment

Ability to mentor and manage a team of 56 recruiters

Strong hands-on experience working with VMS accounts.

Consistent track record of maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple requirements

Comfortable handling complex/niche roles as an individual contributor

Expertise in sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter & vendor networks

Excellent communication skills with strong delivery focus and urgency

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a high-performing recruitment team

Manage submissions, interview pipelines, and vendor/client coordination

Own end-to-end recruitment for priority requirements

Ensure SLA adherence and quality delivery

Drive pipeline growth, fulfillment, and weekly performance metrics

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite | Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB)
