Job Title: Lead UI/UX Designer, AI Products

About The Role
We're seeking a Lead UX Designer with strong leadership and hands-on design expertise to drive intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will lead the UX vision, mentor designers, and shape our design culture while actively collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end UX strategy for multiple digital products.
- Ability to quickly ideate, prototype using Figma, and iterate based on sprint feedback.
- Design compelling user flows and journeys based on research insights and business goals.
- Lead UX research initiatives, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations.
- Build visually appealing Canva/PowerPoint-based decks and presentations.
- Create and oversee product demo videos and motion prototypes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate vision into functional user experiences.
- Mentor a team of UX and UI designers, providing design reviews and guidance.
- Quickly absorb feedback and adjust designs in real-time during reviews or sprint demos.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years in a lead/management role.
- Strong Expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of design systems, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with designing AI builder platforms, dashboards/admin panels, chatbots.
- Experience designing AI-driven interfaces such as conversational AI, agentic AI, or intelligent assistants.
- Ability to translate complex AI workflows into intuitive visual experiences.
- Understanding of user psychology and intent modeling for AI-driven interactions.
- Exposure to multi-agent UX frameworks or AI tool (e.g., LLM-based platforms, copilots).
- A strong portfolio with detailed case studies showing UX strategy and execution.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in AI-driven product interfaces or data-heavy applications.
- Motion design and micro-interaction experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Ability to design high-converting social media posts and ad creatives.
Optional
- Experience with UX tools for research.
- UX certifications or workshop facilitation experience.
