Lead UI & UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.
• Create product experience by aligning user research, competitive analysis, and business goals into cohesive solutions.
• Work with designers in workshops, design critiques, and hands-on collaboration.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation, advocating for both usability and technical feasibility.
• Advocate user-centricity at different phases of product design and translate insights into actionable iterations.

Must Haves

• Five plus years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of enterprise/SaaS products.
• Includes user journeys, advanced prototypes, and adoption of design system.
• Expertise in Figma to create interactive, data-rich interfaces that solve real business problems.
• Mastery of design thinking methodologies from concept generation, user testing, and iterative prototyping to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• You've shaped product experience by translating user insights and market trends into compelling design narratives.
• Approach problems with systems thinking, designing not just features but interconnected ecosystems that elevate the entire platform.

Good to Have

• Experience in enterprise software, HCM, or HR tech.
• Experience in micro-interactions, modern design, and delightful experiences.
• Familiarity in UX for AI, workflows and analytics.
