Team Management: Lead a team of 45 designers

At Schbang, we're looking for a UI/UX Design Lead to not just design great interfacesbut to inspire, mentor, and lead a talented design team toward smarter, simpler user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Lead design projects across web and mobile (2+ websites, 23 landing pages/year)
• Run creative sessions and train designers quarterly
• Build user-centered flows, wireframes, mockups & prototypes
• Conduct UI/UX audits and push data-backed optimizations
• Create and maintain design systems for scalable, consistent output
• Collaborate closely with developers, BDs, and project managers
• Keep the team aligned with trends, tools, and competitor benchmarks

You're a great fit if you:

• Have 6-10 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
• Love mentoring, leading reviews, and encouraging learning
• Can balance strategic UX thinking with visual design craft
• Understand the basics of HTML, CSS, SEO, and backend logic
• Know your way around Figma and Adobe XD
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity to improve UX

Your KPIs:

• 1 major training for your team every quarter
• 2 full websites + 23 landing pages delivered annually
