Lead Ui Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design
• Apply user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle
• Conduct user research, develop personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions
• End-to-End Product Design
• Deliver complete UX/UI design solutions from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Lead the design process from discovery and ideation to execution and validation
• Responsive and Mobile-First Design
• Design responsive interfaces and mobile-first layouts with a focus on usability and performance across devices
• Design Systems and Component Libraries
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Effectively present design concepts, rationale, and user insights to stakeholders
• Accessibility & Best Practices
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and follow industry best practices for inclusive design
• Developer Handoff
• Create design specifications and collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Communicate design intent effectively, with basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript being advantageous
