Role Overview:

We're looking for a Design Generalist to join our team. This role requires a mix of individual contributor (IC) work and team management support. You'll be directly involved in hands-on design execution while also helping optimize our workflows and team collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Execute high-quality brand, website and visual design work across various projects.

Collaborate with founders and product teams to refine and improve digital products.

Assist in managing and mentoring other designers.

Maintain a high bar for design excellence and attention to detail.

Adapt to fast-paced startup environments and drive projects to completion.

Strong visual design skills with an understanding of UI/UX best practices.
