We are looking for a Lead Technical Trainer to architect and deliver high-impact, role-based learning programs across Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Generative AI, and related modern technology stacks. This role will be instrumental in building enterprise capability by designing structured learning pathways for developers, architects, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with evolving business and product needs. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong instructional design skills to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement and technology adoption across the organization.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Design structured, role-based training programs across Java, Spring, Hibernate, Generative AI, and related technologies
- Deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and boot-camps with strong hands-on components (labs, projects, case studies)
- Convert business problems into practical exercises and real use cases
- Create learning assets: content decks, labs, assignments, assessments, and reference guides
- Measure training effectiveness through adoption, project completion, and business impact (not attendance or feedback scores alone)
- Mentor learners during implementation and support post-training application
- Continuously update curriculum based on the latest tools, trends, and enterprise needs
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions
