About the Role
We are looking for Experienced Technical Recruiters who have strong experience in sourcing and hiring experienced profiles (25 years) for various technology roles such as Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, .NET, DevOps, etc.
The ideal candidate must have 12 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, with a solid track record of sourcing experienced candidates across multiple domains.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Screening
- Source experienced technical profiles (25 years exp) using LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates for technical fitment, experience validity, career stability, CTC, notice period, and communication skills.
- Understand company requirements thoroughly before sourcing profiles.
- Evaluate resumes to ensure authenticity and relevance to the job description.
2. Recruitment Coordination
- Manage the entire recruitment cyclefrom sourcing, screening, alignment, follow-ups, interview scheduling to offer closure.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams smoothly and timely.
- Maintain strong follow-up with candidates to ensure high show-up rates for interviews.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal placement teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Share regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and pipeline status.
4. Database & Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily trackers of sourced profiles, shortlisted candidates, interview status, and closures.
- Ensure the quality of profiles before submission.
- Track all candidate interactions in the system.
5. Candidate Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce dropouts.
- Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their interview status and next steps.
Key Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong experience in hiring experienced profiles (25 years).
- Solid understanding of roles such as Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, .NET, DevOps, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner or have a maximum 15-day notice.
- Must have their own laptop.
- Should be willing to work from the Hyderabad office (6 days a week).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
- Experience working with tight deadlines and high-volume requirements.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Work Days: 6 days/week (Including Saturdays)
Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate / Max 15 days
CTC: Upto 5.0 LPA (Based on the current CTC)
Laptop: Candidate must have their own laptop
