Lead the endtoend core system projects delivery for the DMS function, and delivering key tech transformation projects:

Duties And Responsibilities
A Key Accountabilities for the Role
- Delivering key tech transformation projects in process automation
- 1. Advance 2.0
- 2. Assessing real Contactability of the portfolio & Data Enrichment
- 3. Infra scale-up across all key DMS platforms
- 4. Indus platform & workflow optimization
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define multiyear roadmap (functional + nonfunctional), decommission legacy, and enable scalable capabilities for allocations, case orchestration, settlements, disputes, and regulatory workflows.
- Data & Integrations: Ensure robust APIs/streams, data models, and reconciliations with analytics, segmentation portal, CRM/dialer, payments, finance and reporting systems.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Leadership: Align with Business/Risk/Compliance/IT; manage OEMs/SIs (SOWs, SLAs, commercials) to outcomes.
- People Leadership: Build a highperforming team set OKRs and run skills uplift programs.
B Additional Accountabilities
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain dashboards/KIDs; run weekly/monthly reviews and risk/issue registers.
- Innovation: Pilot new capabilities (event streaming, container orchestration, API monetization, GenAI assist for ops) and scale proven wins.
- Monthly Tracker, MNL, KRA & KPIs tracking & publishing to relevent stakeholders in timely manner.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Platform/tool selection, priority & sequencing.
- Release gating and rollout strategy.
- Control frameworks and evidence models for audits.
Major Challenges
- Orchestrating change across complex, interdependent systems.
- Balancing speed with regulatory controls and stability.
- Ensuring onground adoption across central and outsourced ops.
Required Qualifications And Experience
B.E./B.Tech. Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure), Architecture, SAFe/Agile, Security.
1015 years in platform/product engineering for BFSI or highscale transaction systems.
Strong vendor governance and value delivery track record.
- Hands on experience in ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io & process mapping.
