About the role

We're looking for a Lead Talent Partner (Technology, Product & Design) to drive hiring strategy and execution for some of our most critical teams.

This is not just a recruiting role, it's a business-critical partnership role where you'll work closely with leadership to define hiring goals, improve hiring quality, and build scalable talent systems.

You will own the end-to-end hiring charter, from identifying gaps to building pipelines, influencing decisions, and ensuring we consistently hire high-quality talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What you will do

  • Own hiring outcomes for Engineering, Product, and Design functions across levels (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, SDET, Security, etc.)
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, influencing hiring decisions and plans
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across roles
  • Build and execute long-term talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Raise the hiring bar by improving interview quality, calibrating panelists, and ensuring consistency in evaluation
  • Design and drive structured hiring processes that scale with the organization
  • Own and track hiring metrics (funnel conversion, TAT, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and translate them into actionable insights
  • Identify and solve for pipeline gaps through innovative sourcing and market intelligence
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring strong engagement and conversion
  • Reduce dependency on external vendors by building strong in-house sourcing capabilities
  • Train and coach interviewers to ensure alignment and quality in hiring decisions
  • Continuously improve hiring through experimentation, feedback loops, and data-driven insights
  • Stay ahead of market trends and bring in best practices to strengthen talent acquisition

What you will need

  • 7 - 9 years of experience in tech hiring for high-growth startups or product companies
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and hiring across levels, including senior/lead positions
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence hiring decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in driving hiring strategy, not just execution
  • Strong data orientation—comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and deriving insights
  • Experience in improving hiring quality and interviewer calibration
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and hiring tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced environments
  • A strong bias for action, problem-solving mindset, and a raise the bar attitude
