About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive our hiring strategy and execution in India. This role is pivotal in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. We are looking for a professional who has experience in both IT and Non-IT hirings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure a strong focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.

Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies.

Sourcing Excellence:

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across channels.
  • Leverage job portals, referrals, campuses, job fairs, and networks.

Volume-Based Hiring & Talent Pipelines:

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for critical and high-volume roles (Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, HSE etc).

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Data Analytics- Coordinating with a Power BI expert in publishing Recruitment Dashboards to the leadership team.
  • Maintain a robust recruitment tracker with accurate, real-time data.
  • Ensure timely reporting and publishing of recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Use insights to drive data-backed decisions and improvements.

Recruitment Projects & Employer Branding:

  • Lead initiatives in recruitment projects such as Glassdoor and employer branding projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education:

  • Master's degree in HR preferred.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering/Commercial (Business, Economics, Finance).
  • 4-7 years of proven recruitment experience.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Global mindset as you will be working with stakeholders from India & outside India.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken Kannada to handle volume-based requirements (preferred).
